SVA JEAN ROZE, through its SAS CORNILLE subsidiary, has built an abattoir by-product (fats and bones) processing plant with a processing capacity of 100 000 tons/annum of raw materials.

Through this venture, and with the help of its partners, SVA JEAN ROZE wants to enhance the value of the fifth quarter thanks to : :

• A direct and continuous process which preserves the quality of the raw materials.
• A rigorous traceability system which provides the security that is currently required by industrial end-users.

This plant only processes materials which are recoverable, and has elected to manufacture finished products which are approved for human consumption as well as category 3 approved products.
